The Remote Concept, located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, specializes in digital content creation and market research within the hospitality industry. By engaging in a collaborative arrangement with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of our content and services are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By interacting with The Remote Concept, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

Scope of Collaboration
Hotels that collaborate with The Remote Concept may extend an invitation for our team to stay at their establishment for a certain number of nights for the purpose of conducting a photoshoot.

Purpose of Collaboration
Our interactions with any hotel are solely for building a connection and doing market research. This includes:
- Building business connections
- Demonstrating our capabilities by offering content
- Understanding the ambiance, surroundings, and services offered by your establishment
- Understanding the preferences and needs of your establishment

We have no intentions of initiating commercial activities or entering into a service provision arrangement during this stay.

Demonstration of Capabilities
During our visit, we will produce content to demonstrate our capabilities and feature your hotel in The Remote Concept’s Instagram stories and posts.

Benefits to Collaborators
With these interactions, your hotel stands to gain free content and promotion while evaluating the quality of our services and if this goes well, your hotel and The Remote Concept could become long-term partners in the future.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Content Rights
Collaborating hotels are permitted to use the content across only their own platforms for promotional purposes, but they cannot alter the content in any way nor distribute the content to third parties. When positing on their own platforms, we kindly asked to be credited when possible.

Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
